WHO ARE WE?

We’re a search and acquisition consultancy based in London who cover property searches throughout the UK. We have decades of experience in the property industry and have been sourcing property for clients since 2007. We take pride in providing a personal and bespoke service to everyone who uses us.


Our clients trust us to handle what can be one of the largest and most expensive decisions of their lives. The wealth of experience and knowledge that we bring to every search provides our clients with peace of mind that we’ve explored all avenues, enabling them to feel confident that they’re purchasing the right property, in the right area and at the best possible price. 

WHO USES US?

We have no stereotypical client or search brief and are able to cater for clients looking at all levels of the property market. In the past we’ve dealt with international clients buying investment properties for £500k, UK clients buying family homes in excess of £10m, and developers looking for refurbishment or development opportunities.


Whatever the search criteria, we work cohesively as a team for each client and are always focused on providing an honest, personal and completely client focused service. The fact that around 75% of our business comes from recommendations and referrals is a testament to the service that we provide.

WHAT'S OUR PURPOSE?

Henry Sterling was created to give buyers a helping hand in a property market that’s historically been sided with the seller. There was simply no one out there to guide buyers through the process and look after their best interests. Even though there’s many good estate agents out there, they work for sellers and have no loyalty to the buyer. Ultimately their job is to achieve the most money for the seller.


We’ve given buyers someone to fight their corner and assist in demystifying the complexity that comes with buying a property. Our founder Mark Steers, as well as the majority of the team, were estate agents in a previous life working for some of the UK’s leading agencies. They are well aware of the ‘tricks of the trade’ used by estate agents to sell houses. We manoeuvre our clients through their property journey safeguarding them against the pitfalls that can occur.
