During this free consultation we’ll create a focused brief detailing all of your requirements. The more information you can give us at this stage, the better chance we’ll have at selecting the most suitable properties straight away. You’ll be able to pick our brains on all matters of property which will hopefully help you to further fine tune your brief.
If you’re unsure on which areas to commence searching in, we can advise and suggest areas that would best suit you and your requirements. We’ll advise on current market conditions and if you’re an investor, we’ll also discuss target rental yields you should be looking for, how to calculate them, and advise on legislation to be aware of when becoming a landlord.

We’ll advise you on how best to do this and will help further by sharing comparable reports on properties you’re interested in from industry only databanks such as Zoopla Pro. This will give you confidence that you’re buying the right property, in the right area and at the best possible price.
We’ll offer advice during negotiations and will share our experience and ‘tricks of the trade’ to help you negotiate with the seller and estate agent. We’ll ensure that you secure the property for the best possible price and on the terms you want.
