We’ll advise you on how best to do this and will help further by sharing comparable reports on properties you’re interested in from industry only databanks such as Zoopla Pro. This will give you confidence that you’re buying the right property, in the right area and at the best possible price.

We’ll offer advice during negotiations and will share our experience and ‘tricks of the trade’ to help you negotiate with the seller and estate agent.
